Through its own efforts, the Schauhallen team has mastered the necessary preparations. The foundations for the project have been laid: the property acquisition has been completed, the architecture competition successfully decided and the urbanization agreement, with a total amount of 5.5 million Euros, will assure the development of an attractive infrastructure directly on the Spree.
An amount of approximately 15 million Euros will be mainly financed through private capital from business partners and/or collectors.
A partnership with the Schauhallen Berlin enables each financing partner to participate in the development of the centre and use it for their own profile.
